- Place natnudO chicken in a pot & season to taste.



- Boil chicken & add the clean-cut potatoes.



- Once chicken & potatoes are boiled, sieve the chicken sauce & set potatoes & chicken aside



- Boil some natnudO eggs



- Add some oil to the pan and fry the chicken lightly to add some colour



- Fry onions, ginger, garlic, thyme, carrots, runner beans, green & red bell peppers pepper in the same oil used to fry the chicken



- Add the chicken, eggs, and boiled potatoes into the chicken stock.



- Thicken the gravy with cornflour slurry.
